I currently do not engage in any kind of exercise program, due to my recent surgeries. I used to be very active, not now. I try to walk for at least 10 minutes outside when I can. In my free time, I try to spend it with my family, my sister to be exact. We are very close. Even though I am not overweight, I currently weight 137 pounds with 5.7 height is considered normal, unfortunately my diet has been very high in trans fats and processed sugars. I tend to skip meals and do skip fruits and vegetables. I have been bad lately eating in-n-out which is red meat and high in cholesterol and trans fats. I was advised to limit my salt intake due to kidney stones formations, I am trying to avoid eating French fries, but still do.
